***Linens Guidelines***
1) Separate heavily stained linens from others to save spreading of stains and delicate specialty linens should never be mixed with traditional linens when dirty.
2) Be careful to avoid red food dyes (like sno-cone juice & frostings). If for some reason you damage a linen beyond cleaning a replacement fee of up to $100.00 per new standard linen will be assessed. Specialty linens will be higher.
3) Also, we will provide a linen laundry bag. Please put linens in this back after use. If the linen bag provided is not returned, a $15 fee will be assessed.
4) If all linens are not returned and a separate trip is required to retrieve them from you, additional pick up fee may be charged
***CANCELLATIONS ON LINENS MUST BE MADE MORE THAN 2 DAYS (48 HOURS) PRIOR TO PICK UP/DELIVERY - DATE. $35.00 CANCELLATION FEE APPLIES TO ALL CANCELLATIONS***
