Delivery NOT included in base cost. Client pick-up NOT available.
Due to size and weight of unit, it cannot be lifted over fences or hedges...it is on a trailer and cannot be wheeled through gated areas unless you have clear access of at least 72� clearance without obstacles to get to installation location. If you are unsure if dunk tank trailer will fit, please ask upon reservation, or be prepared with an alternate installation location. Most clients have dunk tank installed onto a flat driveway or front yard.
Target, Balls and Dunk Tank Plug supplied with unit must be returned to avoid replacement fee.
Filling and Draining unit is responsibility of client. Client must have water source available and hose to reach dunk tank location. If unit is not empty when pick up crew arrives, $50 fee will be charged to credit card on file (no exceptions).
If keeping unit overnight, client MUST drain dunk tank while unsupervised overnight. Children must always be supervised around unit.
We have a 500-gallon tank, and we recommend fill time at 1.5 hours depending on your water pressure. If you have low water pressure, please let us know.
At a public event? Ask the Fire Department if they can fill it.
Please keep in mind that late and overnight pick up fees will apply if renting after sunset.
If wanting to dunk in the winter, you can add our sea of balls and then you have a full range of seasons for dunking!
