For the safety of everyone, especially children, please�DO NOT�allow anyone to play on or around the Yard Card display.
Yard Card display items�WILL NOT�support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it.�
Please discourage anyone from playing on or around the Yard Card display.
We ask that you take pride in the Yard Card display and treat it with respect.
Please do not move or remove the Yard Card display items.
If the Yard Card is a gift, please make the honoree aware of the policies and let them know that you are responsible for it.
Please protect the Yard Card display from any damage that may be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, string trimmers, animals, etc.
DO NOT�attach balloons to any part of the Yard Card display.� Balloons get hot in the sun and will melt onto the Yard Card display, causing damage.
If you have a�LAWN MAINTENANCE CREW�coming, please arrange for them to come 1 day before we set up or 1 day after we leave.
We encourage you to pose next to the Yard Card display to take photographs, however, please do not pull the signs from the ground, lean or sit on the Yard Card display.
FTS Group LLC dba Fun Lawn Signs, and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup, removal or disturbance of the Yard Card display while it is being rented.
Please do not vandalize the Yard Card display items or throw them in the garbage.
You agree to pay for missing or damaged Yard Card display items.
Cancellation Policay

�If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your reservation rate as a refund or you may be credited for a future booking date, based on our availability.� Cancellation within 48 hours only.� After 48 hours due in full.�
�In the event of inclement or severe weather, we may not be able to set up Yard Card displays.� Inclement or severe weather includes, but is not limited to, lighting/thunderstorms, snow, heavy rain, high winds and any other Act of God that would put us or our Yard Card Installers or our Yard Card display in harm's way.� We will attempt to reschedule, but if that is not possible, we will gladly issue a full refund.
No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address.
�No refunds will be given due to the homeowner/honoree requesting us to remove the Yard Card display.
No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.
�No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent us from setting up the Yard Card display.
�No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the Yard Card display that are out of our control.
OTHER

If a sign must be moved because of client "preference"� then a re install fee will apply.� Please feel free to send us a photo or put something in the yard to indicate your preference of location.�If youa re ordering a Balloon ADD ON to the lawn signs we can not be responsible for poppage after the installation. Repairs if asked for will be billed the appropriate amount.�1. To make installation smoother we ask that you please water the lawn area where you would like the sign installed.�
By placing a reservation with FTS Group LLC, Funtime Services and Fun Lawn Signs you agree to all policies stated above.
