General information & Guidelines on bounce houses -
- 🚚 DELIVERY: We deliver to Naperville, Aurora, Oswego, Plainfield, Lisle and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated based on distance and ARE NOT included here in the base rate).
- 🚚 STANDARD DELIVERY: Standard delivery & pick up hours are 9am to 5pm. NOTE: Scheduled deliveries and pick up's after 5pm we may have a late night fee or you can opt for a flat fee/overnight rental and enjoy a longer rental without extra hours billed or worrying about what time they are showing up to take away the inflatable babysitter. We understand some locations & events will not be able to accommodate this but once you send in the request we will respond with your best option.
- 🌧 RAIN POLICY: Choose to add our rain-waiver that allows you to reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost. (Private events) Great news - we have so many rental and entertainment options to choose from you can have a plan B! If you are not canceling your event then we have indoor units, games, entertainers. Plan in advance for a backup option and make your day worry free!
- 👧👦 OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for traditional bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
- 🧽 CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.

- Set up and installation/ pick up and tear down
- 👉 WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Enough space for us to setup your rental
- A minimum 4' wide clear path to the set up area
- Electric outlet within 50 feet of setup area - dedicated to the bounce house
