***We will contact you via text message to give you a heads-up when our Bunny team is on their way to you. Respond to text message that you "GOT IT" and if you have any special notes regarding where they should meet you...(Front yard...back yard...ring doorbell, etc...). You will be Catching Bunny in the Act"...so be ready when they arrive :)***
***This is a CONTACTLESS bunny visit to keep your family, our employees and other clients save during this pandemic. All participants must wear a mask during visit and keep social distanced 6' from performer and host. No touching/hugging Bunny, No sitting on Bunny's lap. Bunny will pose for socially distanced photo opportunity. Masks can be removed during photo opportunity******In 2019 we changed our payment policies on Character and Entertainment Visits. We are no longer asking our performers to collect final payments to make transitions between shows easier. Tips are still graciously accepted and appreciated.***
***Please be advised that payment is due in full at reservation. Once you provide your payment, your visit is secured. All final balances for add-ons (additional travel & chocolate eggs or sugar-based candy cups will be due at receipt of digital invoice which will be emailed to you and we will text you to let you know to look out for it as sometimes they go to spam.***
