***For sanitary reasons, hugging and high-fives are OK, but NO Kissing Santa. All participants coming to visit Santa must be healthy/well if they are wanting to stand/sit near or sit on Santa�s lap. Please mention if participants are sick, Santa will conduct your visit at a 6� distance to keep him healthy for other guests and his family.***

***For safety reasons, Santa is NOT to hold/carry children while standing, but sitting on Santa�s lap is OK as long as participant is not sick and is manageable (not squirrelly/restless). If client has a large enough sitting area, and it is preferred, participants can sit next to or stand next to Santa...or Santa can stand next to or behind seated area***If Santa is strolling to pose for pictures in a clean indoor area, Santa can kneel down to greet or pose for photos with little guests, otherwise, Santa will stand and pose with participants***

***If your event falls on a Holiday, a $50 holiday surcharge will be added for all visits up to 60-minutes.***

***Our policy for Santa/Holiday and other Character Meet & Greet Visit payments is that orders of $500 or less are payment in full at reservation. If over $500, 50% NON-refundable booking fee is due at reservation with balance due no later than 15 days prior to event date and orders are 100% NON-refundable. If paid in full and cancellation occurs, option of in-house credit may be offered for use within one year of cancellation date at discretion of management. A 10% rescheduling fee (minimum $50.00) applies to all rescheduled orders. Some items are 100% NON-refundable such as: special/custom orders, shipping, associated costs for custom designs and entertainment/subcontracted rental retainers/booking fees. We are no longer asking our performers to collect final payments to make transitions between shows easier. Tips are still graciously accepted and appreciated. Please be advised that booking fees (or payment in full) must be received at booking or you risk losing your reservation. Once you provide your credit card and booking fee (or payment in full), your visit is secured. All final balances must be received no less than 15 days prior to event. We do require credit card info on file for all reservations. If your preference is to pay by check, we do offer an e-check option.
