***SET UP/INSTALLATION OF TENTS IS INCLUDED IN BASE COST OF TENT. TABLES AND CHAIRS WILL BE LEFT FOLDED AND PLACED IN STACKS UNDER TENT. CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SET UP AND TAKE DOWN OF TABLES/CHAIRS AND MUST RETURN TO SAME AREA AS DELIVERED AND BACK INTO STACKS TO AVOID ADDITIONAL HANDLING FEES. OUR PICKUP CREW STARTS AS EARLY AS 8AM. IF RENTALS ARE NOT TAKEN DOWN BY THE TIME THEY ARRIVE OR ARE SCATTERED OUTSIDE OR UNDER TENT, YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE LABOR TO TAKE DOWN AND RETRIEVE THESE ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS***
***Delivery crew must be able to park as close to destination/drop off area as possible. If that location is the driveway, please be sure that driveway is clear for our delivery vehicle to park for unload/loading...If delivery crew cannot park near destination, additional fees will apply ***
***Delivery fees are are based on handling plus average fuel cost at time of estimate/order. If event is more than 30 days away, cost will be changed to reflect current fuel average plus handling of rentals***
