***BALLOON DELIVERY ADDENDUM: BY PAYING THIS INVOICE CLIENT AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING: All balloon d�cor sales are final. Client will confirm upon delivery that balloons/d�cor is intact and in good order/condition OR installation team will take a picture for proof and we text picture to client upon completion. Client will not hold Funtime Services responsible for any damage, loss or failure of balloons/d�cor after delivery person leaves the premises. Repair visits will be billed as an additional fee***
***If you have not paid for delivery and pick up, balloon stands/bases/hardware for Balloon Sculpture must be returned to 536 Illinois Route 59 - Naperville, IL 60540 within 3 DAYS of event to avoid any additional rental fees or replacement cost (You can keep all balloons, we just need the balloon stands back). When returning, message us during business hours at 630-492-1192 to confirm someone is at showroom to accept items back or make an appointment to return items***
